Members of GeGe4Nephro from the Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen attended the 18th Annual Meeting of the German Society of Nephrology (DGfN) in Leipzig from October 8–11, 2026. Under the theme “Decisions,” the conference brought together researchers and clinicians to discuss current developments in kidney research and clinical nephrology. During the conference, Veit X. Baumann presented his research on “Epigenetic Profiling of Post-Transplant Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma to Identify Transplant-Associated Biomarkers.”
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for scientific exchange, networking, and discussion of emerging developments in nephrology.
